	::It's all fixed now. The IP address editing rights were just an unintended change during technical updates and improvements. 			:I see the same thing now when I look at any page except user pages when I'm signed in (this is the first time I've logged in for a few weeks). I can't do anything with the pages or with pending edits. I think the site owners must have changed something in the FRUserActivity file on the server. I will try to contact them.
