Portal Article
Template for an article for use in portal including an image and summary.
Usage
This template requires four parameters
image
— the image to be included in the description, image will be formatted to 150 px
title
— the title of the article, must match the article title exactly to link correctly
summary
— a one line summary of what the article includes
description
— a few sentences describing the gist of the article
