hi | hi Burnum/RobSmith, welcome to the site. Even though you mention in the edit summaries that the articles you made ([http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Abu_Musab_al-Zarqawi for example]) were written mostly by you on rationalwiki, we still dont keep copies of any external content on our site (see the last few lines of [http://wikiislam.net/wiki/WikiIslam:Policies_and_Guidelines#Articles this section] of our guidelines). The reason being that the original copy is where the content should be maintained. The reader would rather go where the original content was created first. One solution is to have a short version on our site and link to external content from our page if the link is appropriate/properly sourced, all of this complying with our [[WikiIslam:Policies_and_Guidelines|guidelines]]. From what I've seen RW does not require sourcing their content. For our site if there's content that is not sourced and contains opinions that falls under [[essays]]. We'll have to see. {{user|Sahab}} can expand more on this. --[[User:Axius|Axius]] <span style="font-size:88%">([[User_talk:Axius|talk]] <nowiki>|</nowiki> [[Special:Contributions/Axius|contribs]])</span> 03:03, 25 November 2014 (PST) | ||

hi Burnum/RobSmith, welcome to the site. Even though you mention in the edit summaries that the articles you made (for example) were written mostly by you on rationalwiki, we still dont keep copies of any external content on our site (see the last few lines of this section of our guidelines). The reason being that the original copy is where the content should be maintained. The reader would rather go where the original content was created first. One solution is to have a short version on our site and link to external content from our page if the link is appropriate/properly sourced, all of this complying with our guidelines. From what I've seen RW does not require sourcing their content. For our site if there's content that is not sourced and contains opinions that falls under essays. We'll have to see. Sahab (talk | contribs) can expand more on this. --Axius (talk | contribs) 03:03, 25 November 2014 (PST)
