Web usability means making it easy for the user to find the information they are looking for. One thing to keep in mind for improving usability is that established users of a website most likely always know how to find information since they're familiar with the website. Therefore Web usability should be improved keeping new users of the website in mind i.e. people who have arrived on the website for the first time.
