I see you started the translation for the Inventions article. List of Killings Ordered or Supported by Muhammad is also a good article for translation. And maybe other topics that German people have very different views on as compared to Islam:

• Women: Women_in_Islam_-_From_Islam's_Sources
• Homosexuality: Qur'an, Hadith and Scholars:Homosexuality
• Pedophilia: Aisha_Age_of_Consummation
• Violence: Invitations to Islam Prior to Violence and the 'List of Killings Ordered or Supported by Muhammad' (mentioned above).
