This is completely wrong, there is no even one "flat" word the whole Quran | |||
You considered the earth is flat because Muslims were ordered to turn toward Mecca during praying and considered this ignores the curvature of earth. | |||
The issue is completely different, Muslims were praying toward Palestine then were ordered to turn to Mecca as an announcement of the end of children of Israel leadership era and beginning of the Islamic nation's leadership. | |||
Yup, Quran used the word "spreads the earth out" but this does not mean it is flat, circular surface also is spread | |||
