Template for an article for use in portal including an image and summary.
Usage
This template requires four parameters
image— the image to be included in the description, please include an image size of 150 px for proper formatting
title— the title of the article, must match the article title exactly to link correctly
summary— a one line summary of what the article includes
description— a few sentences describing the gist of the article
