Apostate Testimony submission form
This form is used for inclusion on People Who Left Islam. The form has different components:
- Editable Form related pages
- MediaWiki:Newapostate-form - form definition
- Template:Newapostate/guidelines - guidelines that appear before the form is shown
- Templates
- Template:Newapostate - The form uses this template to format the submission
- Template:Apostate - This template is used for the template on the left of each submission.
- Output form (not directly editable)
- Special:Form/newapostate - actual form. This is the final output of the form and is not editable. Item 1 and 2 are used to produce the form.
