La Sunnah ou Sunna (سنة, pluriel سنن sunan) est un terme arabe qui signifie "usages", "chemin" ou "pratiques habituelles. Dans le conteste de l'Islam, il se rapporte aux termes et actions ou exemple du prophète Mahomet qui est connu comme al-Insān al-Kāmil (l'homme parfait) et uswa hasana (un excellent modèle de conduite).
