| This verse speaks about the Jennah(Garden or Heaven). It does not speak about Earth. It says the people in Jennah will live in a balanced weather where there is no sun's (excessive heat) nor excessive cold and they are on a raised couches. It is easy to understand that raised couches is given to them as a reward. Because they were patience and constant, they have been rewarded not only a garden where there is no sun's (excessive heat) or excessive cold but also ( garments )of silk.
