How is this ''not'' the changing of words from their right places? This is indeed 'Tahreef'. Muslims have not arranged the [[Chronological Order of the Qur'an|surahs chronologically]]. They have took it upon themselves to organize the [[revelations]] instead of Allah completing this task himself.
