However all the technology, medicine, and scientific advancements in the Muslim world are sometimes exclusively purchased from the non-Muslim countries. Computers, television, space travel, helicopters, media players, nuclear bombs, cameras, satellites, birth control pills, vaccinations, telephones, radios, light bulbs, microchips, games consoles, refrigerators, microwaves, plastic, aluminium, x-rays, antibiotics, heart-transplants, the internet etc., were all invented by both Muslims and non-Muslims alike.

The Qur'an states that Jesus received food sent down from heaven. There have never been any scientifically verified accounts of fully cooked food falling from the sky.

The first space ships and travel beyond the atmosphere of earth occurred over 60 years ago. With current technology, humankind has already explored the end of the solar system. The Qur'an however, implies though that going beyond the earth is possible with enough force or "authority" in this case which has been proven to be correct.
