I removed the Quranic quote you added, it's not saying what you were alleging. When the Qur'an says يُنَزِّلَ ٱللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ "Allah brings down from his grace upon whom he wills from his slaves" the slaves here being referred to are the believers, whom we would call the Muslims.
