::Hi Shrimp. Thanks for the translation. The reason why it's named like that is because articles like that are supposed to start off with the assumption that the claim is true. We then analyze them, thus reveal they were false rumors/hoaxes. I think if the article was called something like "Jacques Cousteau ''Converted'' to Islam", then it would be misleading.
