hey, I'm not vandalizing. I think you misunderstood me. I am an atheist and I don't think "stoning" happens in turkey; however I am willing to be convinced otherwise. I am pretty sure honor killing and stoning are not the same things. I wanted to talk to Yagmur because I wanted to confirm her story and have her voice be heard.

You inserted your comment into someone's testimony. Your comment (which essentially is accusing the writer of lying) is not a part of that testimony. So, yes you are vandalizing.

Of course they're not. "Honor killing" partly defines the reason, "stoning" defines the method. What part of that do you not understand? Try to actually read that NY Times news story and then read that testimony again. They're pretty consistent. If you "can't believe" the stuff described in the testimony happen in Turkey, it would mean you "can't believe" the stuff described in the NY Times story happen in Turkey, because they pretty much agree on many points, including the fact that stonings happen in Turkey. Maybe Hila Acil and Cemse Allak weren't really stoned to death and are in hiding? Maybe the doctors, police, judges and the NY Times are behind a giant conspiracy? Somehow I doubt it.

I don't need to know you to know that what you did was vandalism. And I don't really care what excuse you give for doing it. Would you insert a question into a Wikipedia article and think it is okay?
