"...it is not permissible to marry her [an atheist], as she is still a Kafir (non-Muslim) and has not yet embraced Islam wholeheartedly without any doubt. Allah says: "And do not marry Al-Mushrikât (idolatresses, etc.) till they believe (worship Allâh Alone).
